No Charge Support:
We offer general support via our help desk. You can ask us questions about how to install, product configuration, or any other general questions about BookThatApp. When you contact us, please make sure to include your Shopify URL and the storefront password if you have chosen to protect your website with a password while under development.
Note:
- We do not make any code changes to your theme as part of our free support but can advise where in your theme you can make changes relating to the app if necessary.
- We do not provide support when the default code has been customized by anyone other than our Support Team.
- We do not provide support for advanced theme customizations such as theme changes, adding line item properties, customization of notifications or default templates, search fields, or adding units to the booking form. We can help with these customizations for a fee. Please contact support@zetya.com for a quote.
- Free support is limited to one theme per shop and one hour of no-charge support and/or 10 support tickets or 1 hour of chat, whichever comes first.
