What type of Support do you offer?
No Charge Support:
We offer general support via our help desk. You can ask us questions about how to install, product configuration or any other general questions about Book That App. When you contact us, please make sure to include your Shopify URL and the store front password if you have chosen to protect your website with a password while under development.
- We do not make code changes as part of our free support but can advise where in your theme you can make the change.
- Free support is limited to one theme per shop and one hour of no charge support and/or 10 support tickets whichever comes first.
If you need additional support after your first free hour of support, we also offer Premium Support packages.
1 Hour: $50 Purchase
3 Hours: $100 Purchase
Annual Unlimited Support: $150 Purchase

We offer an install service ($25) for shop owners who prefer that we manage the install process. It can be purchased in the left hand nav of the app under Billing.
Benefits of installation include:
- We are familiar with all the themes. We have literally done thousands of installs and know what to look out for in each theme.
- We will install it correctly! Many times shop owners install themselves and then come back to us complaining of overbookings or no bookings due to the app being installed incorrectly.
- It saves time! Because we have installed the app thousands of time, installs are done quickly and efficiently by our support team.
- We can recommend the most efficient set up of your products for your business.
