The Run Sheet will allow you to generate reports based off of your booking information. With our Classic UI you can generate generic reports while our new UI will let you create custom reports.
The Run Sheet link is located on the left hand nav under the 'Bookings' section.
You can filter by booking start or end date, product, product and variant, resource, location, order #, and customer. You can also sort your results from the available drop-down options.
It is important to note that you can leave the product field to its default value of 'Select to pull bookings from all products in your specified date range.
You can also leave the variant field at its default of 'Select Variant...' to report bookings from all variants of the product.
Likewise you can leave the default values for resource and location to pull bookings from all resources and locations.
Click the Search button to generate your report.
Your report details will display below.
You can now select how you would like export the results or you can choose to send a reminder of your choosing.
Print Page will print the page.
PDF will let you view and download a PDF version of your results.
Excel will let you download a .xls file for use in Microsoft Excel.
The new UI offers 2 options to export the report: Excel, or PDF format. Additionally you have the option to send Reminders to all customers listed in the report.
The Excel drop-down will provide 2 options: Classic Version, or Based on Report.
Classic Version will create an Excel document that contains every possible field.
Based on Report will create an Excel document that contains the specific fields you are currently viewing.
The PDF drop-down will provide 2 options: Landscape orientation, and Portrait orientation.
Landscape orientation will generate a wide version of the report using the specific fields you are currently viewing.
Portrait orientation will generate a vertical version of the report using the specific fields you are currently viewing.
