One of the standout features SmartrMail (SM) brings to BookThatApp (BTA) is the ability to send Abandoned Cart emails. When prospective customers add a product to their cart but leave without completing the checkout process, they are automatically added to this automation to help recover lost sales.
Details of the Abandoned Cart Automation:

Email 1: Sent shortly after SM determines the customer has abandoned their cart. This email aims to re-engage the customer and encourage them to return to complete their purchase. No discount is offered.

Email 2: Sent 1 day later, this email provides another opportunity to re-engage the customer, this time offering a discount as an incentive.

Email 3: Sent 2 days later, this is the final attempt to re-engage the customer, featuring a discount to motivate them to complete their purchase.
