    Is there a way to fix the image resolution or quality on my slideshow?  I've changed the image sizes, but it doesn't matter - they still come out with very poor quality, yet the exact same images look great on my product pages.   I either have to fix this issue, or disable the entire slideshow and put something else there somehow.   Enduophos.com.   I'm trying to get open for business, but every time I do, some problem comes up again.

    Hi Mark,

    Your images are way too small. You need to make them 950px wide by 290px high. The ones from the product page are too narrow.

    I started off with 950px x 290px, but they totally engulfed the entire website!  I couldn't see the footer at all and they were still fuzzy and of low resolution.   In many cases, the text was unreadable.  That is why I experimented with smaller sizes, but still had quality issues, so I'm still stuck.  

    I don't know how to remove that big horizontal yellow stripe on the homepage either.  

    I returned the images to their original sizes so you could see what I'm talking about, but the exact same image files from the homepage slideshow are on the product pages display crystal clear.

    Hi Mark,

    The Vanity theme is used by several hundred shops now who have successfully uploaded images in the slideshow that don't engulf the whole site.

    Ok, thx, but I don't know how to determine my store name in relation to concierge.  I've tried several different names, but they were all rejected because I get an invalid store address error.   I don't know the correct address format the system is looking for.

    I haven't heard from anybody yet!  I have no way of knowing some secret id code for my store.  All I have is my domain name and shopify store.  Somebody please help!
