    Hi Rick,

Yes, I'd say that sounds right.

You could also do it by setting up location as another variant option. Either way is fine though. It probably depends more on how you want to present products it in your theme.

Be sure to configure the product options in BookThatApp to track capacity based on variant options, and choose the time slot option (and location if you go that route). This will let you limit the number of bookings per time slot.

Blackouts will work fine, but in this case it sounds like you might be better off setting up the datepicker (in theme.liquid) to use the "noWeekends" function:  http://docs.jquery.com/UI/Datepicker/noWeekends

    Thanks, Gavin.

Cool, so I have everything up and running with several products and variant time slots working fine, adding to cart and showing up on order screen. However, I get no output of the "picked date" with your recommended email notification code.

This is an e.g. of what I see in the attributes:

    booking-247279448-start: 2012-10-31T00:00

=> I have confirmed 247279448 as the correct variant ID but I see nothing in the "Booking Dates" & "Booking Details" save the variant title (i.e. location and time slot, but no date)

    Any ideas?

    Hi Rick,

It looks like it is picking up the attribute because the brackets are there. Can you invite me (gavin@shopifyconcierge.com) to your store so I can take a look.

    Thanks, Gavin.
