    Hi, 

    We are a rental company and are looking to have a feature that sends out reminder emails before the end of the rental date, would that be possible with this new feature? Thanks

    Hi Arlo,

    This allows you to send out a reminder for when the rental is starting. The next thing on the roadmap is to send a reminder before the end date.

    Hi,

    We are a kayak tour/rental company. We are looking to have a feature that sends an email reminder to follow us/review us on trip advisor after the tour is completed. I realize I am able to use an email service like mailchimp to send mass emails to all of my customers. I was more interested in automating the process. Example: Customer makes booking through book that app and "2 days" after his/her tour date they receive a follow ip email encouraging them to write a review. Is this possible?

    Hi Aaron,

    Thanks for the suggestion. We currently don't support this but can add it to the roadmap for future consideration.

    I think one thing we'd need to think about is how to avoid sending the follow up email if the product hasn't been returned yet. We'd need to add the ability to mark a booking as Returned so that would add an extra step for staff to to take care of.

    Hi,

    Would it be possible to build the follow up email in such a way that we can customize when the follow up email is sent and for what purpose? Similar to Aaron we need to send 2 follow up emails to customers - one 48 hours after the booking, and one at the end of the rental period.

    Hi Everyone,

    Just an update that we have expanded the reminder email functionality. There is now a lot more flexibility - e.g. you can now create reminders for when items are due to be returned.
