Hello! We are setting up BookThatApp and had a couple of questions about reminder emails:
- Are we able to change the reply-to email? And if not what does this default to (where does the app get the email address from) - our Shopify admin address?
- When a customer makes two bookings in one purchase, and we then click 'Send Reminder', only the date for the first appears. E.g. for two bookings on 28th/29th, it just says "This is a reminder from x about your upcoming booking on 08/28/2015" - no mention of the second date/time
- Are we able to customise the date format in confirmation/reminder emails? I know we can change the emails but the date defaults to US format - potentially confusing to our mostly UK customers. For clarity we'd want to say e.g. 3rd October or 03/10/2015, rather than 10/03/2015 - as we'd read that as 3rd March.
