When we are asked to install BookThatApp or troubleshoot we will require access to your store.
To do this you need to create a staff account.
You can refer to the Shopify tutorial on how to Add a Staff Member if you need help with this: https://docs.shopify.com/manual/settings/account/staff-members
Please use First Name: BTA Last Name: Support
Then add the email address provided by the BTA support.
Please note: if you prefer to set permissions we need access to Orders, Products, Themes, Notifications & apps in order to troubleshoot.
Trouble with Email?
Occasionally there are problems where the invites don't come through. In this case you can send us the invite link:
- Right click on where it says 'Invited'
- Select 'Copy Link Address'. This copies the invite link to your clipboard.
- Send the email to the BTA support email and paste in the link.
