Late Rental Return

    Hi Andrew

    Payment is managed by Shopify and not Book That App, and Shopify doesn't store credit cards so there is no way of charging a customer after the fact.

    However you can account for late returns or damage through the use of a deposit, either by adding it to the price of the rental and refunding a portion upon return, or by adding a second "deposit" item to the cart with the rental items.  Here are a few examples that we've done using the deposit approach.
