    Hi Chris

The app will reverse the item when an order is cancelled, not refunded.  ie.  You can refund a customer their money and still ship the order.

    Please see https://docs.shopify.com/manual/your-store/orders/cancel-order

If you have any further questions relating specifically to your site, please feel free to raise a help ticket.

    Thanks

I had a very similar issue happen. When I refunded and added the bundle back to inventory, the count of the bundle itself did adjust properly, however the count of all the corresponding components did not adjust back up. I then completely deleted the order as instructed above, but the count of the components stayed the same (incorrectly low that is).

So that then begs the question- what if the bundle is one of several items on an order and the only one returned? I can't delete the order to get the app to reverse the inventory of the bundle, when there are other items on there that need to stay on a live (archived) order.

    Hi Chris

When an order is cancelled (not refunded) then the task is run in reverse.  This functionality has been around for years and is well tested so if you are not seeing the expected results please log a ticket and we can look at your specific store and the tasks set up in the app.

Shopify does not support cancellation at a line item level so you would need to refund the line item and manually adjust the stock of the components.

    Thanks

My apologies for reading your prior post incorrectly, Jack. Got it. All good.

    Thanks for the reply.

    Chris.
