This article will provide details on how to use the standard and custom versions of the Run Sheet. The Runsheet will allow you to generate reports based on your bookings.
All app subscribers have access to the standard Runsheet report while Premium app subscribers are able to create their own custom Runsheet reports.
The Standard Runsheet
Locating and Generating a Report
1. The Runsheet link is located on the left-hand nav under the Reports section.
2. You can select the More filters button to filter by booking start or end date, fulfillment status, order, tags, product, variant, shipping method, customer, resource, and location. You can also sort your results by selecting the column header.
3. Select Apply after selecting your date range to generate your report. If you use the filter you will need to select Done in order for the results to update.
4. Your report details will now be displayed.
Exporting the Runsheet
You can now select how you would like to export the results.
1. Select the Export item as indicated above.
2. In the pop-up that appears you can choose to export the report in pdf or Excel format.
Excel format will let you download a file for use in Microsoft Excel.
Classic Version will create an Excel document that contains every possible field.
Based on Report will create an Excel document that contains the specific fields you are currently viewing.
PDF format will let you view and download a PDF version of your results. If you choose to export the report in pdf format you will have the option of how the page should be oriented: Landscape orientation, and Portrait orientation.
Landscape orientation will generate a wide version of the report using the specific fields you are currently viewing.
Portrait orientation will generate a vertical version of the report using the specific fields you are currently viewing.
3. After selecting your options select Save.
4. The report status will indicate when the report is ready to be downloaded.
Custom Runsheets
Please note that custom Runsheet reports are only available to Premium subscribers.
Creating The Report
1. To create your custom report you will navigate to Reports and select the Custom reports list tab. You will reach the reports overview screen as shown below.
2. Select Create Report.
3. Enter a unique Report Name.
4. In the Select Fields area add in the parameters you want the report to use.
For this example, the report has been named, 'My Test Report', and the report will use the following parameters: Order, Customer Name, Customer Email, Customer Phone, Start and Finish Dates, the Product and Variants, and Notes.
5. Select Save.
6. You will now return to the reports overview screen and will see your custom report.
You now have the following options:
- Select Add Report to add an additional report
- Select the report itself to edit the report
- Select the red-colored icon with the trash can to delete the report
Generating the Report

2. Select the Report drop-down menu to select your custom report.
3. You can select the More filters button to filter by booking start or end date, fulfillment status, order, tags, product, variant, shipping method, customer, resource, and location. You can also sort your results by selecting the column header.
Note: you can leave the product field to its default value of 'Select to pull bookings from all products in your specified date range.
You can also leave the variant field at its default of 'Select Variant...' to report bookings from all variants of the product.
Likewise, you can leave the default values for resource and location to pull bookings from all resources and locations.
4. Select Apply after selecting your date range to generate your report. If you use the filter you will need to select Done in order for the results to update.
5. Your report details will now be displayed.
