This feature has been in place for awhile, but we have recently changed it to apply to all new bookings. Previously BTA only sent out booking confirmations for those bookings taken via the stand alone booking form. You can now send your customer a booking confirmation for every booking that is created.
In order to enable booking confirmations to be sent from BTA please do the following:
- Access Settings in the app
- Select the Email/SMS Notifications tab
- Select Yes on the Send New Booking Email drop-down.
If you would like to include yourself as a bcc or cc on this email, or edit its contents you can do so by accessing Templates from the Configuration category of the app. The specific template is named Confirmation.
