Creating staff accounts within the app will allow others the ability to access your BTA admin section without having to have an account in your Shopify store. This is especially useful if you are on a standard Shopify plan, or just don't want allow others to access the Shopify admin.
Please note that a staff account can access all areas of the app admin's section. Access cannot be restricted at this time. Additionally, once staff accounts are enabled you will login through bookthatapp.com.
Here are the steps to create staff accounts.
- Access the Staff Accounts link from the Configuration category of the app.
- Select the checkbox to Enable staff accounts.
- The first account that you will create is the admin account. This is the account the store owner or administrator will use.
- Create the additional staff accounts. The staff members will receive an email at the address you specify to confirm the account.
