Date Range Updates Quantity?
This is a setting that is used when the customer will book a date range and the app will need to track the number of days that are selected.
In the app select Settings-> Order processing to reach the Date Range Updates Quantity setting.
Enabling this setting will automatically convert the number of days selected for the booking into the Quantity applied to the cart item.
Note: While enabled, this setting is automatically applied to all services/products configured in the app.
Booking Consolidation
The app offers the ability to create consolidated or non-consolidated bookings.
In the app select Settings-> Order processing to reach the Consolidated bookings setting. When enabled, if products within an order have the same start and finish date/time and the same location, they will all appear in a single booking. In contrast, if you deselect the Consolidated bookings setting each line item from the Shopify order will be present in its own booking in the app.
Order Notes
Standard Shopify themes include an option to include a Notes field in the cart. If you opt to allow your customers to leave notes and would like these notes to also appear in the Notes field of the booking it's as simple as selecting an option in the app.
In the app you will select Settings-> Order processing then you can select the Yes or No option under the Copy Note? section to include the note from the Shopify order in the booking in the app.
Group Bookings
BookThatApp supports the ability to take group bookings. You can enable booking fields such as customer name and email which will allow you to capture the contact details of each person in the group. You can then email or individually contact each person in the group or send out reminders to each person in the group rather than only the person who placed the order.
In the app, you will select Settings-> Order processing then select Yes in the Booking contact section.
Auto-Order Tags
Order tags can come in handy when you want to automatically add a tag to the booking and order as you receive the booking. An example use of auto-adding tags would be to add a tag noting that the product needs to be shipped when you receive the booking.
To specify your tags that will be added automatically, in the app you will select Settings-> Order processing then enter the tags in the field beneath the Order tags label.
Fulfillment
The app offers the ability to automatically fulfill a Shopify order once the booking date has passed.
In the app, you will want to select Settings-> Order processing and scroll down to the Booking completion section of the page. By selecting the
Adding and Removing Tags
Booking tags are a great way to group your bookings. Some real-world applications for the booking tags are noting a group preference or allergy, specifying when a batch of rental products has been shipped or noting after contacting your customers to confirm they will arrive for their scheduled appointment.

Tickets
BTA supports the ability to email or print out tickets for events. You can provide the customer with a pdf version of the e-ticket by selecting Notifications in the app-> accessing the Confirmation template-> and selecting the option to include a ticket.
The pdf tickets can be edited in the app by selecting Settings-> Templates-> Ticket.
