Minimum Quantity

BookThatApp allows you to specify a minimum quantity for your booking products. Setting a minimum quantity ensures that your customer's orders meet a minimum threshold to create a booking. This feature is only available when using the following types of booking widgets: appointment, class, course, events list, and rental.

Setting a Minimum Quantity

1. In the app, select Widgets.

2. Select your existing appointment, class, course, events list, or rental widget, or create a new widget.

3. While on the Specific Widget screen, scroll down the options until you see a Choices checkbox. Check the checkbox, and a Set Minimum Quantity Checkbox will pop up.

4. Select the checkbox for the Set Minimum Quantity option and the Minimum field will appear.

5. Enter the desired minimum quantity in the Minimum field. 

6. Select Save.

That's it! You're all set to take bookings with a minimum quantity.
