Point of Sale (POS) Integration

BookThatApp offers a Shopify POS integration for merchants taking bookings in-store as well as online.   This new integration adds the full functionality of BookThatApp into your POS channel allowing you to take bookings, view your calendar, create blackouts, and view reservations.

Note: Due to an existing issue with Shopify the POS functionality is not compatible with Android devices.

Adding BTA to your POS Channel

To add BTA to the Shopify POS channel, please do the following:

1. Log into your Shopify POS

2. Select Add tile.

3. Select App.

4. Select BookThatApp.

5. Select the Add to Smart Grid link found next to the BTA Book Now tile.

The BTA integration for Shopify is now complete. 

Creating a Booking

The POS solution makes it easy to create a booking so you can create bookings on the go. 

1. Select the Book Now tile and create a manual booking. 

2. Once you select Save you will be redirected to the cart screen. 

3. Complete the order process as you normally would. 

4. Once the order process is complete an order will be created in Shopify and a booking will be created in the app.
