If you are seeing a "SOLD OUT" status on your booking product or in your cart with a rental item, it is likely that you have the Inventory tracking turned ON in Shopify.
Once you have imported your booking products from Shopify and configured them in BookThatApp, the inventory must be set to "Do not track" in Shopify as BTA will manage the inventory using Capacity.
To turn off the inventory tracking in Shopify, navigate to the product setting in Shopify and uncheck the "Track quantity" under "Inventory", ( if you have multiple variants, click edit in the variant to find the Inventory section)
You can also turn OFF the inventory tracking in bulk if you have multiple booking products, here's how.
In your Shopify admin, navigate to "Products" > Find the products that you'd like to turn OFF the inventory and click the checkboxes to select> Click on "Edit products"
Click to add the "Track Quantity" field
Now, under "Track Quantity" Column, select "Don't track Inventory" from the dropdown, hit save and you're all set!
